How do I order a “Build A Box”?

Ordering is simple. You choose a box size, choose your Cups, enter your delivery & payment details and checkout. Then all you have to do is sit back and wait to enjoy the variety box you created, very simple.

How do I choose what goes in my box?

The Cups in your box are selected based on your own preferences. You choose the coffee, cocoa or tea variety that best satisfies your taste, its simple!

We have over 70 different KEURIG® compatible Cups for you to choose from (including Cake Boss, Guy Fieri, Barnies Coffee Kitchen, Brooklyn Bean Roastery, Hurricane, Java Factory, Prospect Tea), and many more to come. No premium or restricted Cups on myJavaCup.com. Whatever we offer is available to you.

DELIVERY:

Will you ship to my home ?

Yes, we ship directly to your door. Currently, myJavaCup.com boxes can only be shipped to US addresses, including P.O. Boxes, within the USA.

When are my boxes shipped?

When you sign up to myJavaCup.com, you’ll be automatically signed up to receive a your box of 15, 30, 45 or 60 every month. Boxes are delivered Monday to Friday, every day of the year the USPS delivers mail.

How are my boxes delivered?

myJavaCup.com “Build a box” are delivered by the USPS. Your boxes will arrive with your normal mail and will fit into standard US mailboxes so there’s no need to be home to sign for your box.

Can I change the types of Cups I get ?

Yes, you can modify or change the Cups you get from month to month as your needs change. You can change your Cups up to the day before your next month’s box is set to ship. You can do this by by logging in to your account, by email or by calling our customer support.

Can I change the amount of Cups I get ?

Yes, you can modify your box size from month to month as your needs change. You can switch between box sizes of 15, 30, 45 or 60 cups from month to month. You can change your box size up to the day before your next month’s box is set to ship. You can do this by by logging in to your account, by email or by calling our customer support.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription as you need by logging in to your account, by email or by calling our customer support. However, because we start preparing your boxes in advance, we just need a bit of notice.
