Return & Refund Policy

Any Keurig® compatible brewers purchased from can be returned to within 15 days of date of delivery if they arrive defective or non functioning. Any warranty issues after this period are the responsibility of the manufacturer of the brewer.

Beverages (i.e. all the Keurig® compatible beverages on are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.


When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms & Policies, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

If you purchase a Keurig® compatible brewer from, any warranty issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer and you must contact them directly. Any brewers that arrive defective or are damaged in transport are the responsibility of and as such, you should contact us.
